Make inspection schedules for all Utility machines, ensuring that they are completed regularly and recorded, carrying out preventive maintenance in accordance with the applicable procedures.
Receive reports from the Utility Supervisor regarding changes, faults and breakdowns that may occur.
Carry out corrective maintenance in accordance with appropriate procedures and in coordination with the AUtility Supervisor / Engineering Manager.
Carry out physical inspection of all Utility equipment at regular intervals to ascertain their condition and proper usage.
Understand all the manufacturers’ literature and organize a record system for ease of reference to operation, maintenance and spare parts manuals.
Ensure that a sufficient stock of spare parts are stored, following the purchasing procedure where required.
When necessary, provide training for all staff operating under his direct control in the operation and maintenance of the machines, ensuring that safe practices are used at all times.
Implement the establishment’s quality management procedures at all times, ensuring that all staff comply with them.
Submit monthly report to the Utility Supervisor regarding the status of your section.
Ensure all Open Project on the right track of deliverables and achieving the Full EHS related compliance Checks .and report all Project timelines and status on daily basis .
Full Awareness and support for Controlling and monitoring all the BMS / EMS and All Engineering QMS systems
Bachelor degree in Engineering or any related field
