Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Understand client objectives and challenges to develop tailored consulting solutions.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and workshops to communicate project updates, strategies, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, analysts, and subject matter experts, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Lead key accounts and generate new or add on business and services via cross selling
- Communicates and works closely with the project/program team to ensure deliverables are understood, defined, time lined and measured for project proposals
- Monitors progress towards achievement of project objectives and KPIs with effective management of project risks and opportunities.
- Lead the end-to-end project management process, including scoping, budgeting, planning, executing, and closing projects within defined timelines and budgets.
- Analyze and interpret data, market trends, and industry best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Develop and deliver a broad range of consulting services including workplace engagement strategy and initiatives, experience design and digital solutions for the built environment.
- Ensure project deliverables meet high-quality standards and exceed client expectations.
- Improves and grows the efficiency of delivery processes and procedures to enhance and sustain JLL’s internal capacity and continuously improve on service delivery.
- Coordinate with leadership and facilitate the development of partnerships with leading vendors and market players that provide complimentary services.
Qualifications:
- Experience in consulting role in the real estate industry leading and delivering projects
- The capacity for self-motivation, independent initiative and creative problem-solving
- Thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding and service-oriented environment
- A diligent attention to detail and strong technical intuition, as well as the ability to set and manage expectations at the executive level
- Excellent leadership skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of project management standards including procurement, change management and various other functions
- Working knowledge of agile development methodologies
- The ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines and influence through persuasive written and verbal communication
