As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.What you will be doing:Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, guest room balconies, guest corridors, linen rooms and housekeeping pantries according to set standards and proceduresEnsure that guest supplies are replenishedEnsure guests’ requests are promptly and courteously metReport damage or malfunction in hotel rooms using P.M.S systemMaintain equipment in proper state of cleanliness and repairDaily briefings with staff at floor levelConduct regular room checklistsReport unusual behavior/activities on floors to reporting line.Record room status in allocated section accuratelyComply with hotel’s health, safety and hygiene policiesAttend training sessions as requiredFully understand the difference in guest levels (VIP) and in room categoriesQualificationsYour experience and skills include:Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an assetAbility to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcomingExcellent organizational skills and time managementAdditional InformationOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
