Employee Relation Specialist

• Act as the point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, concerns, and questions.
• Facilitate open communication between management and employees to enhance workplace relationships and engagement.
• Address and resolve employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns, documenting findings and making recommendations for resolution.
• Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and team-building activities.
• Advise management on employee relations best practices and compliance with labor laws.
• Monitor workplace culture and employee morale, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
