· Install, maintain, and repair a wide range of electrical systems, including transformers, controllers, motors, and lighting.
· Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair malfunctions in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), servo drives, and other control systems.
· Perform preventive maintenance tasks on equipment according to established schedules to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
· Utilize technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and Process & Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs) to effectively diagnose and resolve issues.
· Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble mechanical components of machinery.
· Implement improvements to existing electrical and automation systems, collaborating with the engineering team as needed.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all repairs, maintenance activities, and inventory control.
· Train and support production personnel on proper equipment operation and basic troubleshooting procedures.
· Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
· Stay abreast of new technologies and advancements within the electrical and automation fields.
· Perform other duties as assigned by management.
