The Early Career Training is a 6 months program up to 1 year and it is an investment in young talents where GE trains fresh graduates who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a GE business. The traineeship duration varies upon business requirement and will develop the general skills of the trainee and provide on the job knowledge and technical experience. Positions requiring understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures.
Roles and responsibility:
Develop dashboards for SQDCs at GEMTEC and cell level. Maintain weekly and monthly bowler updates for SQDC. Maintain weekly utilizations of shop employees. Maintain weekly and monthly tracking of Capex projects. Maintain weekly and monthly tracking of BT and operation actions. Maintain weekly and monthly tracking of OTD delivery. Maintain quarterly MRP parameter. Develop weekly report of PREQs and open POs for indirect sourcing. Create and maintain inventory schedules, ensuring the availability of materials needed for production while optimizing inventory levels. Coordinating with Internal Departments and collaborate with internal teams such as production, procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth material flow and timely delivery. Analyze demand patterns, historical data, and market trends to develop accurate forecasts for material requirements. Manage the replenishment process, determining when and how much to reorder materials based on factors like lead time, demand variability, and desired service levels. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance material planning efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize supply chain performance.

Required Qualifications



Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical engineering background from an accredited university. Fresh graduates or b asic Supply Chain experience. Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Active listener with good communication skills in English and Arabic.

Proactive with high level of integrity. Relative experience is preferable. Strives to achieve Project goals and Customer satisfaction. A team player with the ability to communicate effectively with crosses functional teams. Demonstrated leadership potential. Record of achievement with a passion to achieve positive business results. Curiosity and desire to learn and expand skill set. Adaptable and open to change.
