E-commerce Specialist Tammher

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical E-commerce Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our online sales strategy and optimizing our digital presence to enhance customer experience and increase conversions.

• Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms to ensure seamless user experience and maximize sales
• Analyze web traffic and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Implement and monitor SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility and drive targeted traffic
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Oversee product listings, pricing, and inventory management on the e-commerce platform
• Conduct regular competitor analysis and stay updated on e-commerce trends and best practices
• Work closely with customer service teams to address user feedback and improve the online shopping experience
• Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners
• Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance and present insights to stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
• Fresh graduated in e-commerce or digital marketing
• Proven track record of increasing online sales and conversions
• Strong knowledge of web analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics
• Familiarity with content management systems and basic HTML/CSS
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and project management abilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian e-commerce market preferred
• E-commerce certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify) are a plus
