Dynamics CRM Functional Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into CRM functional solutions
• Lead the design and architecture of Dynamics CRM solutions that align with best practices and business objectives
• Configure, customize, and optimize Dynamics CRM to improve operational efficiency and meet client needs with a strong focus on sales and customer service modules
• Provide guidance on CRM implementation and integration strategies, ensuring seamless workflows
• Conduct end-to-end project management, including analysis, development, testing, and deployment phases
• Train and mentor junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven expertise as a Dynamics CRM Functional Architect, with hands-on experience in CRM implementation projects
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 (CRM) and its applications across various industries
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable and user-friendly CRM solutions
• Experience in creating documentation and solution roadmaps for complex CRM implementations
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 are highly desirable
