The Driver will be responsible for delivering products to customers, managing vehicle maintenance, and adhering to safety regulations. This job is ideal for someone who enjoys driving and is looking for a stable position within a growing industry.Responsibilities:Safely operate the vehicle to transport goods to designated locations.Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability.Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.Maintain accurate delivery logs and records of mileage and fuel consumption.Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise.Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe driving practices.Assist in inventory management by reporting any discrepancies in deliveries.Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.Participate in training sessions to stay updated on safety protocols and company procedures.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle at all times.Preferred Candidate:Possesses a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Demonstrates strong time management skills and punctuality.Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.Shows ability to work independently and as part of a team.Is physically fit and able to lift heavy items as needed.Has knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.Displays a commitment to safety and compliance with regulations.Is adaptable and able to handle unexpected changes in delivery schedules.Possesses basic problem-solving skills to address delivery challenges.
