Drafts installation drawings on the basis of customer supplied drawings, standard drawings and field inputs given by the FOD/Sales team. Designs diagrams, maps and layouts with computer-aided design (CAD) software to illustrate project workflow. Issues layouts to sales team according to site data. Verifies installation drawings with FOD teams for technical details and sales team for verification of specification at project completion. Identifies potential operational issues and redesigns products to improve functionality. Ensures final designs comply with regulations and quality standards. Maintains custody of soft copy backups and hard copies of all drawings, inclusive of all revised, commented drawing versions. Creates manuals that describe existing products’ operation, features and maintenance. Ensures approved layouts are save in the system with client contract number. Provides summary report on progress of drawings for the concerned FOD team and reports exceptions. Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year. Identifies the training and development requirements for self and agrees on them with the reporting manager to ensure that the required trainings are arranged and attended. Strives to achieve the highest levels of proficiency on all the competencies and skills required to perform the role. Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth. Associate degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent Relevant certification such as Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) or equivalent is preferred Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in performing drafting operations in the Vertical Transportation Industry At least 2 years in positions of progressively increasing responsibilities Fluent written and spoken English essential, Arabic preferred Saudi Nationals preferred En rejoignant Otis, vous devenez membre d' un leader mondial innovant de l'industrie avec un modèle économique solide .
