Domestic & Regional PR & Social Assistant Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and managing Global PR & Communications activities, in order to ensure and deliver on the Department’s mandate and identify improvement opportunities that will contribute to the delivery of short and mid-term strategic objectives within set KPIs, agreed budgets and adopted policies and procedures.
You will be responsible for
Develop and implement PR and communications project plans in line with STA’s overall strategy and organizational requirements.
Oversee the execution of domestic and regional PR and social media campaigns, ensuring consistency with global brand messaging
Collaborate with agencies, media partners, and key stakeholders to maximize brand visibility and engagement
Track and optimize PR & social media spending to maximize ROI and efficiency.
Oversee workload distribution across PR, social, and communications teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives.
Liaise with program owners and cross-functional teams to align on budget planning, execution, and reporting.
Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams, external agencies, and regional stakeholders to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Produce performance reports based on agreed KPIs to measure the impact and efficiency of PR and communications initiatives.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future PR & social media strategies.
Provide regular updates to senior management on campaign performance, budget utilization, and key insights.
Perform other activities as and when required.
You will need
Recommended not less than 3-5 years of experience in relevant field
bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred
