Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous and systematic expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and innovative teammates. You'll ensure the integrity and accuracy of maintenance documentation, contributing significantly to the success of our client Maintenance Projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, Quality Assurance, Client Services), managing documentation workflows and deliverables, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
Ensuring all maintenance documentation is accurate and aligns with client specifications, Managing the delivery of all contractually required documents within agreed timelines, Collaborating with the Engineering Manager to meet Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments, Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of project requirements and objectives, Coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for documentation, Continuously improving documentation processes and systems, Adhering to industry standards and regulatory compliance in all documentation practices, Providing clear and concise communication with stakeholders regarding documentation status, Supporting the project team in any audits or reviews related to maintenance documentation, Facilitating knowledge transfer and best practices within the team for continuous learning and improvement

Degree in Engineering or a related technical field, Experience or understanding of maintenance documentation processes, Familiarity with engineering documentation standards and best practices, Knowledge of contract requirement activities, Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, Capacity for managing multiple tasks and deadlines, Proficiency in document management systems, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
