The Team
With proven practical administration and diary management experience within a fast-paced and complex organisation, you have accumulated excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly with MS Word and Excel, and also possess a highly organised, flexible and proactive approach to your work. You are used to working on multiple priorities and to tight deadlines – making use of your initiative, self-motivation and effective communication skills.
You have experience of taking instruction from multiple stakeholders, while also managing expectations and taking pride in the consistent delivery of an excellent service. Experience of working within an international partnership or engineering consultancy is desirable.
The Role
In line with the continuing growth of our business in KSA, we now wish to appoint a Document Controller to join our busy team in Riyadh who will take responsibility for the quality control and organisation of incoming and outgoing documents for projects based in the KSA and overseas.
The position is mainly administrative, but it will also involve offering guidance and specialized leadership and expertise in document control to project teams and clients. The ideal candidate must have an extensive experience in project documentation setup and an extensive understanding of document management software such as Oracle Aconex, ViewPoint by Trimble & Mezzoteam.
You will also act as a main point of contact for clients, consultants and internal management for project information, auditing and sourcing, and will ensure all information complies with our project protocol and standards.
The Skills
With proven practical experience of utilising a mainstream Electronic Document Management Systems (EDM) and AutoCAD within an engineering consultancy, you have a solid grounding in the core requirements of what it takes to be a highly effective Document Controller in this type of environment. You have exceptionally high standards when it comes to attention to detail, and pride yourself on being organised, thorough and collaborative in your approach to tasks.
