Document Controller

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and controlling all project-related documents and ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain an efficient document control system to manage all project-related documents.
2. Receive, log, and distribute all incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring proper classification and filing.
3. Ensure that all project documents are accurately indexed, stored, and archived.
4. Monitor and track all document revisions, ensuring that the latest versions are always accessible to the appropriate team members.
5. Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission of documents, and follow up on any missing or incomplete documents.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role.
2. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
3. Proficient in document control software and systems.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Previous experience with Water National Company (NWC) Projects is a MUST
