Qiddiya Investment Company, a leader in the development of an innovative entertainment and leisure destination in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a skilled and strategic Director - Retail IT Business Relationship Management (BRM). In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for aligning IT initiatives with the retail operations of Qiddiya, ensuring that technology solutions enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.

• Strategic IT Alignment & Relationship Management: Foster strong partnerships between IT and retail business units to align technology strategies with retail goals.
• Technology Demand Management & Portfolio Oversight: Capture and prioritize IT demands from retail teams, overseeing the execution of key projects to support business growth.
• IT Service Delivery & Performance Management: Ensure IT services meet SLAs and performance standards, quickly resolving any issues that impact retail operations.
• Business Value Realization & Innovation: Identify and implement innovative IT solutions that drive customer engagement and improve operational efficiency in retail.
• Vendor and Technology Partner Management: Manage relationships with vendors and partners to ensure they deliver quality IT services tailored to retail needs.
