Director - Planning (ENT322)

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a proactive and strategic Director of Planning to join our team. This key leadership role involves overseeing the planning processes for Qiddiya's innovative and large-scale development projects, ensuring they align with the company’s overarching vision and objectives. As the Director of Planning, you will play a fundamental role in shaping the future of one of the most ambitious entertainment destinations in the world.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the planning activities across various projects, leading a talented team to ensure effective strategy implementation, resource allocation, and regulatory compliance.

• Lead the planning department, developing and executing strategic plans for various projects within the Qiddiya development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive feasibility analyses to ensure that proposed projects align with market demand and financial viability.
• Engage with governmental and regulatory agencies to secure necessary approvals and permits for project development.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and community partners.
• Implement project management methodologies to monitor project progress and address challenges proactively.
• Ensure that all planning activities adhere to environmental, safety, and sustainability standards.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on project status, strategic planning initiatives, and growth opportunities.
