Miraval The Red Sea will introduce the wellness brand’s signature mindfulness-based wellness practices to a new corner of the world, empowering guests with tools and inspiration to find balance and support their emotional and mental wellbeing. Located on Saudi Arabia’s Shura Island, the central hub of the highly anticipated new hospitality development, The Red Sea Project, the new Miraval resort will pave the way bringing transformative wellness experiences and the largest spa in the Red Sea destination. The high-end luxury wellness resort is slated to open as part of phase one of the Red Sea development.
For this eagerly awaited new opening in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a Director of Food and Beverage to share our Vision – to create the most imaginative, authentic and meaningful wellness experiences. Reporting to the General Manager, the Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for ensuring that all Food and beverage service aspects are of utmost quality and execution whether it be at the outlets, in-room or in-villa dining, and F&B experiential programming.
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Food and Beverage is responsible to function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outlets and programs operate successfully, in accordance with the standards of the brand while exceeding guest expectations and ensuring areas individually profitable.
·Minimum 2 years’ experience in Director of F&B role.
·Experience with luxury and high-touch food and beverage service operations.
·Pre-opening experience is a plus.
·Experience in creating and developing Food and Beverage related guest programming.
·Hyper focused and receptive to guest feedback and takes these opportunities to improve guest experience
·Up to date on current industry trends and best practices
·Skilled in recruiting, training, and leading a diverse team
·Passionate about continuous training and development for the team
·Proven track record in driving business performance, managing budgets, and operational metrics
·Passion for mindfulness, holistic wellness, and luxury hospitality.
