The Role of Director of Finance:
We currently have an opportunity for the Director of Financeto join our Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay opening team!
Reporting to the General Manager with dotted lines reporting to the Regional Director of Finance and the Vice President, Operations Finance, you will be an integral member of the Hotel Leadership team that is collectively responsible for making key strategic and operational decisions for the hotel.
The Director of Finance will be responsible for safeguarding the hotel assets and financial resources, providing timely and accurate financial information, establishing, and enforcing adequate internal controls and counsel to hotel senior management and ensuring that the hotel operates within all related local and corporate policies and procedures and under the terms and conditions of the Management Agreement.
Our Ideal Director of Finance candidate will have:
Working technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and job knowledge of all positions in Accounting, Purchasing, Food & Beverage control and Information Technology.
As Director of Finance, you will be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule in every employee action in your hotel; creating a great workplace for all great peopleto deliver great experiences. You should have passion for peopleand talent management, the highest level of integrity and transparency, and will be a Business Partner; strategic, strong business acumen, understanding of operational needs and the ability to contribute to key strategies and operational decisions for the hotel, a catalyst for change and an employee champion.
Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
