Director-Infrastructure

Qiddiya Investment Company is on a pivotal journey to shape the future of entertainment and real estate in the region. We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic individual to take on the role of Director-Infrastructure. In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, execution, and management of our infrastructure in accordance with the District Masterplan.

• Oversee the planning and development for infrastructure projects to be developed in accordance with the district master plan to ensure interconnectivity at all levels (Transportation, Power, ICT, Water, etc.).
• Coordinate with the City Planning and Infrastructure SME's to ensure that the district's infrastructure delivery plan is aligned with Qiddiya’s city-wide infrastructure plans.
• Coordinate with the district's Delivery Director to oversee the contracting progress of all infrastructure projects to ensure alignment with approved design, budget, specifications, schedule and Regional Planning and Infrastructure plans.
• Manage relationships and partnerships with third-party developers and consultants to ensure delivery of contracted projects as per agreed objectives and standards.
• Liaise with development and delivery leads on a regular basis to ensure synergies across adjacent districts and alignment with the wider city-level infrastructure plan.
• Provide technical advice and design review for ongoing projects as required and assist project teams in developing methods to mitigate issues affecting completion of infrastructure.
