Director - HSE (DEL-231)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a passionate and dedicated Director - HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) to guide our initiatives aimed at maintaining the highest standards of safety and environmental stewardship across our projects. This role emphasizes the importance of integrating health, safety, and environmental considerations into all aspects of our operations and project execution.

As the Director - HSE, you will lead the development and implementation of HSE policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure that all activities align with local regulations and international best practices. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization.

• Develop and execute HSE strategies, policies, and programs to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess HSE performance and compliance across all projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to embed HSE principles in project planning and execution.
• Lead investigations into HSE incidents and accidents, ensuring thorough analysis and dissemination of lessons learned.
• Deliver HSE training and awareness programs to promote a proactive safety culture among employees and contractors.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Engage with regulatory bodies, industry stakeholders, and third-party auditors to ensure alignment with industry standards.
