Managerial skills with diploma or Masters in related field.
Dataflow is a must.
Saudi license holder is a plus.

Job description and responsibilities:
Responsible for implementing and maintaining the dialysis policy and procedure manual.
Maintains competencies and skills check list for dialysis staff.
Monitors and ensures dialysis machines are properly maintained.
Evaluates the performance of dialysis staff.
Provides orientation to new dialysis staff members.
Provides an easy access to dialysis services by maintaining the physician order and contact system through the staffing office.
Maintains appropriate supply level of specialized dialysis products.
Ensuring comprehensive, quality care for the patient on dialysis.
Performs surveillance and testing of dialysis water treatment equipment and dialysis water (such as chlorine, hardness, conductivity, water cultures) to ensure that these machines are operating within the parameters set in the facility's written protocols.
Responsible for organizing and implementing educational programs and providing development opportunities for staff.
Participating in the administration of unit policies and procedures as well as ensuring that all End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) requirements are met.
Representing the organizations in a professional manner.
Supporting and maintaining a team and delegating responsibilities to provide the supervision and instruction necessary to meet the needs (physical, mental, emotional) of the patient and family.
Serving as liaison between the patient, staff and physician.
Assuring the patient’s right to appropriate therapy.
Interpreting and executing doctor’s orders, and ensuring that the patients are treated with dignity, respect and ensures consideration is given to individual needs.
