In this role, You will be responsible for establishing and managing DMO Division activities, in order to ensure and deliver on the Division’s mandate and identify improvement opportunities that will contribute to the delivery of short and mid-term strategic objectives within set KPIs, agreed budgets and adopted policies and procedures.
You will be responsible for
Support in the preparation of executive and operational business plans and templates of periodic reports
Review periodic performance reports and identify opportunities to improve the performance of the division
Review studies and research to share insights
Review the performance tracking activities and periodic reports across Destination Management Offices
Develop the executive plan to realize the Destinations management division objectives
Monitor the division’s internal initiatives performance and identify any gaps
Lead the tracking and consolidation of performance insights across Destination Management Offices
Work closely with dedicated Destination Management Offices to support their planning cycles and align efforts with Saudi Tourism Authority and national strategies
Work closely with internal Saudi Tourism Authority departments to co-create Destination Management Offices support offerings and facilitate support provided to DMOs
You will need:
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field is preferred
At least 10 years of experience in a relevant field
