Design Manager - KSA

Key Responsibilities: As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all design processes, reviews, and procedures for large-scale projects. Your expertise will guide engineering teams and ensure projects are executed smoothly. Key duties include:

• Reviewing and coordinating engineering design submittals, change requests, and site supervision issues.
• Attending technical meetings and proposing innovative solutions for design challenges.
• Managing project and risk reviews, ensuring design requirements are clear and met.
• Supervising shop drawings and material submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Liaising with contractors and stakeholders to track project deliverables and maintain detailed records.

What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate will possess:

• A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.
• 15+ years of experience in design and project management, with a strong background in engineering, systems, and utilities.
• Proven expertise in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, procurement, contracts, quality assurance, and construction.
• In-depth technical knowledge of engineering systems, industry codes, and design standards.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia will be a strong advantage.
