Design Manager - Infrastructural

JASARA PMC is seeking a skilled Design Manager - Infrastructural to lead our infrastructural design projects. In this role, you will oversee the planning, design, and execution of various infrastructural initiatives, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements while adhering to timelines and budgets. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including civil engineers, project managers, and stakeholders, to deliver innovative and sustainable design solutions that align with JASARA’s commitment to excellence and the Vision 2030 objectives.

• Lead and manage the design process for infrastructural projects, including roads, bridges, utilities, and urban development.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to define design goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and environmental considerations.
• Review and evaluate design proposals, ensuring they align with project specifications and sustainability practices.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to integrate design elements effectively.
• Conduct regular site visits and provide technical guidance to ensure quality control during the construction phase.
• Mentor and train junior design staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
