Position: Department Manager- Strategic Planning
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Engineer/Urban Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 20 years of experience in the field and hold a degree from an accredited university. They will possess a strong track record of successful projects and a deep understanding of urban and infrastructure planning disciplines.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage major development master planning and urban planning projects at national levels.
Collaborate with utility providers and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of projects.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform planning decisions.
Develop and implement sustainable and innovative solutions for urban and infrastructure development.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field from USA, Australia, Canada, Western Europe and New Zealand university.
Minimum of 20 years of experience in engineering or urban planning having work experience in USA, Australia, Canada, Western Europe and New Zealand
Strong record of successful projects and close engagement with utility providers and other stakeholders.
Expertise in major development master planning and urban planning.
Thorough knowledge of urban and infrastructure planning disciplines in water, wastewater.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and manage a team.
Proficient in relevant software and tools.
