Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cold Kitchen - Demi Chef de Partie to assist in the preparation and presentation of cold dishes in our kitchen.
Job Responsibility:
- Prepare a variety of cold dishes including salads, appetizers, and desserts
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and standards
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the cold kitchen area
- Monitor and maintain quality control of all cold dishes
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a similar role in a professional kitchen
- Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
