Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Demi Chef de Partie specializing in the Hot Kitchen section to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will assist in preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes.
Job Responsibility:
1. Assist in preparing and cooking various dishes in the Hot Kitchen section.
2. Ensure all dishes are prepared according to set standards and recipes.
3. Coordinate with the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Hot Kitchen area.
5. Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff.
6. Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience working as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
2. In-depth knowledge of Hot Kitchen techniques and cooking methods.
3. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
6. Diploma in Culinary Arts or relevant field.
