Job Purpose
Optimize supply chain efficiency by forecasting demand, developing distribution strategies, and ensuring seamless inventory management. Meeting customer demands, minimizing stockouts, and enhancing overall operational effectiveness within the organization's supply chain.
Key Accountability Areas
Demand Operations Planning:
- Conduct demand processes within the predefined timeframe, aligning seamlessly with the supply planning process and considering both constrained and unconstrained parameters.
Demand Changes and Inventory Strategy:
- Effectively implement changes in demand during the execution of the production plan.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Finished Goods (FG) inventory strategy tailored for each business unit.
FG Inventory Management:
- Take responsibility for overseeing all FG inventory (items/aggregated) specific to designated sales channels.
- Execute replenishment processes for all Distribution Centers (DCs)/Hubs according to the predetermined schedule.
- Implement activities for inventory maneuvering between sales channels to ensure material availability.
Supply Plan Implementation and Escalation:
- Closely monitor the implementation of supply plans (pre-MPS, rolling plan) and escalate issues as needed.
Production Plan Performance Measurement:
- Evaluate the performance of the production plan within the planning time horizon using established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as On-Time Performance (OTP) and Achievement reports.
Parameter Maintenance and Updates:
- Maintain FG planning parameters and ensure their periodic updates.
Excess and Obsolete Action Plan:
- Execute the action plan for dealing with excess and obsolete FG.
Single Point of Contact and Trading Plans:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Supply Chain (SC) related activities on the demand side. Implement trading plans for FG, incorporating external procurement plans as necessary.

- Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

- Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
Health, Safety, and Environment:
- Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
