Overview of the role:
The Dealer Sales Consultant role encompasses driving sales growth through effective engagement with sub-dealers, managing relationships to enhance performance, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards. The consultant is responsible for achieving sales targets, facilitating order management, overseeing financial and credit processes, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and successful marketing efforts. Performance is measured through sales metrics, sub-dealer satisfaction, compliance rates, and timely reporting.
What you will do:
Achieve individual and sub-dealer sales volume targets (wholesales and retails)
Proactively drive sales through sub-dealer engagement.
Identify and implement strategies to increase market share.
Act as the primary liaison between Al-Futtaim Automotive and sub-dealers.
Strengthen relationships to enhance engagement and performance.
Address concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Assist sub-dealers in setting and achieving sales targets.
Ensure efficient order placements and sales pipeline management.
Monitor sales performance and identify improvement areas.
Ensure timely collections and manage credit accounts.
Work closely with finance to track outstanding payments.
Enforce credit control policies.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
Ensure sub-dealers maintain BYD’s corporate identity (CI) standards.
Enforce adherence to operational and financial guidelines.
Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Marketing, Aftersales, CRM, Finance, Government Affairs).
Align sub-dealer operations with company strategy.
Support initiatives to enhance sub-dealer success.
