The Data Quality Specialist ensures the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across all business systems. This role focuses on maintaining high-quality data standards, performing enrichment and profiling tasks, managing access to customer portals, and overseeing the customer registration process. By implementing best practices for data governance, the Data Quality Specialist will enable effective decision-making and seamless integration across systems. Responsibilities Data Accuracy and Quality: Audit and cleanse data in operational systems to remove duplicate entries for accounts, contacts, and leads. Validate and correct incomplete data fields such as account names, regions, segmentation details, and contact details through research and data enrichment tools. Define and enforce data entry standards to ensure consistency across all teams. Data Enrichment and Profiling: Conduct phone calls and online research to verify and enrich data. Use data enrichment software (e.g., ZoomInfo, Clearbit) to populate missing or inaccurate information. Profile accounts and segment contacts based on business requirements. Gather targeted contact information for defined accounts to support sales and marketing campaigns. Ensure all customers and suppliers’ billing information are up to date, include and not limited to (official name, billing address, VAT treatment, primary contact). Maintain all customers and suppliers’ official documents that include and not limited to (CR, TRN, Authorized Signatories, NDA, etc..). Process new product items, pricing, and VAT configuration. Governance and Reporting: Establish and implement data governance policies to ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards. Generate and present regular reports on data quality, completeness, and accuracy to stakeholders. Monitor data integration with systems like finance, marketing, and customer success platforms to maintain integrity and synchronization. Customer Portal Management and Registration: Maintain and manage user access to customer portals, ensuring appropriate permissions are granted. Oversee the customer registration process, ensuring all required information is accurate and complete. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline and improve customer onboarding workflows. Process Development and System Configuration: Identify gaps and inefficiencies in data entry processes and develop optimized workflows to address them. Configure systems/workflows to enhance data entry processes, user interfaces, and workflows based on operational needs. Test and validate system changes to ensure alignment with business requirements. Collaboration and Support: Work closely with marketing teams to validate and segment incoming leads. Collaborate with sales teams to maintain a robust and actionable contact database. Partner with RevOps, finance and customer success teams to ensure data accuracy aligns with reporting and operational requirements. Act as a central point of contact for data quality, process improvement, and system configuration tasks. Requirements Certification Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field Technical Skills: Proficient in operational systems such as Zoho, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar. Familiarity with data enrichment tools (e.g., Clearbit, ZoomInfo) and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau. Experience in process development and system configuration. Personal Skills: Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proactive problem-solver with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality. Working Conditions: Working on Weekends, Holidays or outside the business hours could be required.
