The Job in a Nutshell 💡 

This is a Riyadh-based role for a Data Analytics Senior Manager within Foodics, a leading Restaurant POS SaaS company operating across the GCC, Egypt, and Jordan. As a key contributor to Foodics’ mission of empowering restaurants to achieve operational excellence, you will spearhead analytics for Customer Operations. You will play a pivotal role in building a robust data infrastructure, designing insightful dashboards, and driving data-driven decisions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

What You Will Do ❓

• Lead the development and execution of the data analytics strategy for Customer Operations, aligning with organizational goals.
• Oversee the creation of comprehensive dashboards that deliver actionable insights for key stakeholders.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing data analytics team, including Senior Analysts.
• Develop a data roadmap for automating repetitive tasks and improving operational productivity with data engineering team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics, KPIs, and areas for improvement.
• Conduct advanced data analysis, including correlations, to unlock insights that enhance customer success and Foodics Pay operations.
• Work closely with the Data Engineering team to ensure a unified and efficient data infrastructure.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on complex data issues, including disconnected systems and multiple data warehouses.
• Drive innovation in analytics by adopting new tools, techniques, and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

What Are We Looking For ❓

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, with leadership qualities.
• Proven expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong understanding of data architecture and warehouse management.
• Experience in building and scaling analytics teams, including recruiting and mentoring talent.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing data strategies that drive measurable business impact.
