Key responsibilities and accountabilities

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs on cybersecurity awareness for all employees.
• Conduct training sessions on Microsoft applications, ensuring users understand their functionalities and best practices.
• Collect and analyze business use cases to identify opportunities for integrating Microsoft applications into daily operations effectively.
• Prepare and disseminate IT-related announcements, policies, and procedures to ensure all employees are informed and compliant.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to keep the content relevant and up to date.
• Create and implement cybersecurity awareness campaigns that resonate with employees and encourage safe practices.
• Monitor the effectiveness of awareness initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Assist in developing and updating cybersecurity policies and procedures based on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that all training materials align with the organization’s cybersecurity policies.
• Gather feedback from training participants to assess knowledge retention and areas for improvement.
• Stay current with cybersecurity trends and threats to ensure training content remains relevant.
• Work closely with various departments to foster a security-conscious culture and address specific training needs.
