Overall consultant for customs clearance processes , Documents Verification , Permits and Saber specialist

Key Tasks

• Verify shipping documents in advance prior shipping and identifying the local requirements per each line item,
• Prepare duties estimations based on HS codes and customs tariffs,
• Engage with customs brokers resolving customs related challenges related to EDI , HS codes and restrictions,  ,
• Maintain landing permits for Air and sea Shipments and engaging with GA team for getting signed,
• In charge for permits, Authorizations and saber certificates applications on GA portal whenever required or owned by DSV,
• Maintaining the required applications for import permits,
• Preparing translations records for final bayans and descriptions for further clearance
