About the job Customs Clearance Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Arabic Customs Clearance (Warehouse/Logistics )Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh(based in Riyadh)


Key Responsibilities:


  • Import/Export Document Verification: Ensure all necessary documentation for imports and exports is accurate and compliant with regulations.
  • Customs Clearance: Facilitate the customs clearance process for incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Material Follow-up: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of materials as needed.
  • Regulatory Affairs: Stay updated on local regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.
  • New Product Registration: Assist in the registration process for new products with relevant authorities, ensuring all documentation is complete.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods efficiently.
  • SASO/Saber Procedures: Ensure compliance with SASO and Saber procedures for product registration and importation.
  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with transportation providers to optimize delivery routes and schedules.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations and logistics coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures.
  • Familiarity with SASO/Saber guidelines.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
