Apply now for the position of Customer Supplies Specialist - Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Your role:

• Supply Chain Management:
• Supervise all inbound and outbound activities from Business Partner’s warehouse.
• Ensure imported shipments are collected from the port and delivered to the warehouse on time and in full.
• Ensure timely goods receipt (GR) is completed in the system.
• Identify any discrepancies in the received shipments and notify accordingly.
• Raise a customer order discrepancy if any (COD) and follow up.
• Daily monitoring of customer open order report.
• Ensure timely delivery to customers and in good condition including urgent orders. (Customer focus).
• High focus on the MOH medical supply deliveries (NUPCO).
• Inventory Control:
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock quantities.
• Monitor and control inventory to minimize waste and overstock.
• Forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
• Process Improvement and Reporting:
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Prepare reports on logistics operations and performance for senior management.
• Generate and share weekly stock report to all stakeholders.
• Share weekly/ monthly sales report to finance team and assist in reconciliation.

Your expertise and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management.
• Expertise in Stock management in a fast-moving Pharma/cold-chain service environment
• Good knowledge of dealing with MOH Medical supplies and NUPCO.
• Relevant knowledge of Microsoft Excel, logistics software and ERP systems, (e.g., Oracle Fusion, SAP, WMS).
• Excellent communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good planning skills.
• Strong level of English, Arabic is mandatory.
