The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty in the telecommunications industry. This position involves direct interaction with customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing solutions to their problems. This role is essential for maintaining the company's reputation and fostering positive relationships with clients.


salary: 7,600 SAR per month.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
  2. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and billing issues.
  3. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  4. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions.
  5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
  6. Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and quality standards.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
  3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  5. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
  6. Experience in telecommunications or a related field is a plus.
  7. Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly desirable.
