Job Summary:

We seek a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping customers with questions, resolving complaints, and providing a positive experience. Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Prepare price quotes, contracts, and enter data accurately.
• Communicate with clients and the sales team.
• Process orders, returns, and refunds.
• Ensure continuous follow-up with customers until issues are resolved.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Follow company policies when posting content on social media.
