Customer Renewals Specialist

Reporting to the Team Lead of Renewals, the Customer Renewals Specialist (CRS) will focus on sales renewals where you will generate Renewal revenue. You will articulate the value of products or services to customers and be accountable for revenue retention motions including product renewals, extension, upsell and expansion. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Rewaa competitive positioning in the marketplace. We’re looking for individuals who are curious with excellent communication and strong stakeholder skill, and/or prior experience in customer service or sales support function. You would be comfortable in managing ambiguity situations and managing complex, deep relationships to help the customer to uncover some challenges while setting in place new processes and workflows. Successful candidates are seasoned and experienced professionals that are excited to resolve a wide range of issues and handle objections in creative ways. In addition to revenue generation, you will provide accurate renewal forecasting, generate customer quotes, perform customer research, update account notes in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. + Understand and capture the Voice of the Customer for the assigned client.
+ Respond to customer inquiries by following standard scripts and procedures.
+ Make and receive calls with the intent of existing contracts.
+ Achieve and exceed quota targets and activity metrics within assigned accounts.
+ Convert small starting opportunities to significant sized opportunities over time.
+ Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly renewal forecasts.
+ Undertake research to understand prospect organization structures and identify important players.
+ Assess client needs, requirements and facts to adequately recommend satisfactory product solutions.
+ Develop excellent technical knowledge needed for value proposition and solution selling.
+ Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends.
+ Maintain the CRM to ensure all relevant data is captured promptly.
+ Strong consultative approach to engage clients and prospects.
+ Result-driven with a strong track record in delivering sales targets.
+ Demonstrated aptitude to learn and optimize new technology and data.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS & WHY YOU’RE A GREAT FIT FOR THE ROLE:



+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
+ 1+ years’ prior experience in a software company, preferably Software as a Service
+ Global sales experience preferred, but regional level required.
+ Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
+ Must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues as required
+ Ability to create, review, and improve processes to drive operational efficiency.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Drive Suite
+ Profound understanding of CRM systems, preferably Zoho, Hubspot, or Salesforce
+ Strong attention to detail and time management
+ Strong oral and written communication skills
+ Strong customer service, presentation, and conflict resolution skills
+ Able to be successful with ambiguity and solving the client issues, working across functional lines to advocate and solve issues for the client
+ Bi-Lingual in English and Arabic preferred
