Sarmad is seeking an experienced and visionary Crypto CTO Cofounder to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of our cryptocurrency initiatives and shaping the direction of our technology strategy. You will work alongside other co-founders to drive the vision, design, and implementation of innovative blockchain solutions. • Lead the architectural design and development of cryptocurrency platforms and blockchain applications
• Define the overall technology strategy and roadmap for Sarmad’s crypto initiatives
• Oversee the implementation of security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in blockchain and cryptocurrency
• Mentor and guide engineering teams to foster a culture of innovation and excellence
• Engage with the blockchain community and act as the technical spokesperson for Sarmad
