On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Crowd Monitor to join their team in Makkah .
Job Summary :
The crowd controller is responsible for managing the flow of people at events and public places by directing them, monitoring the crowds, and coordinating emergencies with security teams to ensure everyone's safety. They also organize entry and exit points and assess risks to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities :
Conduct daily inspection rounds to ensure the efficiency of systems (electrical, mechanical, and sanitary).
Monitor site cleanliness and ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
Report any malfunctions or violations to the operation and maintenance contractors.
Ensure the readiness of firefighting and safety systems according to civil defense standards.
Monitor security status and ensure the quality of service.
Supervise crowd management and assist visitors when needed.
Document the results of inspection rounds and submit reports on the site's overall condition.
Follow up on the implementation of recommendations and corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of all daily activities and tasks.
Receive visitor feedback and address or escalate it to the site manager when necessary.
Provide guidance and directions to visitors regarding site services.
