• Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
• Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
• Segment customer data and create targeted marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient use of CRM systems and tools.
• Provide personalized service to high-value customers, maintaining strong relationships and proactively addressing their needs and concerns.
• Oversee CRM data governance which will include: Data standards, Data audit, Data structures, User access rights, Reporting
• Analyze customer data and generate reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve CRM strategies and drive sales.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and clienteling, implementing innovative strategies to enhance customer experiences.
• Train and educate sales associates on CRM tools, techniques, and best practices to drive customer engagement and enhance clienteling efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer loyalty programs and initiatives.
