• Budget & Cost Control
− Optimize crew pairings and crew rosters among full-time crew members − Control the roster block hour variance among full-time available crew − Generate statistics (dashboard components) to assist in data driven decisions, e.g., crew layover budgeted costs vs. generated crew pairings relative to final network flight schedule
• Policy, Procedures & Control
− Develop and endorse processes and procedures improvement in crew control
− Display independency in deciding and completing routine tasks
− Initiate, report, mitigate and resolve safety related incident on the official reporting system
− Improve strategies by documenting standard practices and procedures
• Operations
− Manage the OTP, prevent delay &/or cancellation accountable to CPC − Manage and facilitate communication with crew members and other stake holders
− Validate and amend fatigue inducing crew pairing &/or crew roster design and implement corrective measures
− Propose system enhancement features to improve crew management system results/output
− Analyze and reconcile aircraft rotation plans with published crew pairings & rosters
• Relations
− Participate in problem handling and solutions implementation
• Reports
− Arrange logistical support to execute the published crew pairings & crew rosters
− Publish reports to stake holders
Academic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree - Major: Aviation-Operations, IT Systems Development or Analysis
Professional Experience
More than 4 Years of Experience in crew resources planning &/or control
Professional Experience in Specific Field: Crew Planning &/or Crew Control
