What You'll Do
Lead the creative team in developing innovative concepts and strategies for various projects, ensuring all deliverables are aligned with client objectives and brand identities.
Drive creative ideation sessions and provide strategic input to elevate the quality and effectiveness of creative outputs.
Photography & Videography:Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for campaigns, social media, product shoots, and other platforms.
Oversee the visual style and content across all mediums, ensuring consistency and engagement.
Manage the creation of design assets, including graphics, layouts, and branding materials, ensuring consistent branding and visual storytelling across all platforms.
Provide feedback and direction to designers to maintain high standards of creativity and quality.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and resources are managed efficiently.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Work closely with the creative team, clients, and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless collaboration and the best creative outcomes.
Foster a positive, creative, and collaborative work environment that promotes innovation and teamwork.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior creatives, helping to develop their skills and foster their professional growth.
Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and creative excellence within the team.
What Are We Looking For?
Food & Beverage creative experience is a must
Must be fluent in Arabic
Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar senior creative leadership role.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative concepts, photography/videography, and design work.
Proficiency in creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and mentorship abilities, with a passion for nurturing talent.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
