We are looking for a Country Manager - KSA to lead our operations and drive our growth in the region. As the main representative of Pemo on the ground, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our success in KSA—building our local team, expanding our customer base, and ensuring we establish ourselves as a market leader.

Launch & Scale KSA Operations – Set up Pemo’s presence in KSA with full P&L ownership.
Drive Revenue Growth – Develop and execute a sales strategy to build a strong pipeline and convert key accounts.
Build & Lead a Team – Recruit and manage a high-performing sales and customer success team.
Own Market Strategy – Make key business decisions to establish Pemo as a market leader.
Engage with Regulators – Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
Represent Pemo in KSA – Build partnerships and increase brand awareness.
✔ 5-7 years of experience in strategy consulting, venture capital, or a high-growth startup.✔ Sales leadership experience—experience mentoring and leading sales teams.✔ Strong commercial acumen—proven ability to scale a business and drive revenue.✔ Strategic & execution-focused—able to plan and deliver results.✔ Deep knowledge of the Saudi market—basic familiarity with regulatory understanding.✔ Fluent in Arabic & English—excellent communication skills.
