Count leader (Finance)

The Count Leader (Finance) at Ninja will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial counting processes within the organization. This role involves directing a team to ensure accurate inventory counts, maintaining financial integrity, and supporting financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the counting team to ensure accurate inventory counts on a scheduled basis.
• Develop and implement counting procedures and standards to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment on inventory management and financial processes.
• Perform financial reconciliations to identify discrepancies and ensure financial records are accurate.
• Prepare detailed reports on inventory counts and financial assessments for management review.
• Train and mentor team members to improve performance and accuracy in counting procedures.
• Analyze counting data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Address any operational issues related to financial counting in a timely manner.
