Facilitate the execution of cost allocation by aggregating cost data from the different operating units, execute shared services chargeback mechanisms across the relevant services and determine product/service costs to ensure adherence to the cost allocation principles as per SPL’s policy. Maintain SPL cost accounting system, documents, and records to analyze and recommend costs and cost savings. Collaborate with the core business departments to ensure the accurate cost and revenue allocation of various products and services in the respective geographical areas. Propose a onetime set up for the allocation of cost centers and cost allocation keys, in collaboration with the accounts team to ensure proper management and execution of cost accounting principles. Recommend corrective course action for any incorrect cost allocation or cost accounting at SPL so that the organization’s financial information remain accurate and in line with local and international standards.
