Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and strategic direction in intellectual property (IP), governance, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing guidance that influences critical business decisions.
• Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
• Lead and establish a specialised legal team to support business objectives.

Qualifications:

• 5-6 years of legal experience, with significant expertise in IP, governance, and M&A.
• A law degree from a reputable institution in the UK, US, or Europe.
• At least 2 years of experience at an international law firm is required.
• Native English speaker; fluency in spoken and written Arabic is essential.
• Proven ability to manage complex legal matters and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
