Job Summary:
Eton Institute is seeking a passionate and experienced American Sign Language (ASL) Trainer with a strong background in inclusion and diversity training. The ideal candidate will facilitate workshops and training sessions focused on ASL communication and promoting inclusive environments that embrace diversity in the workplace or educational settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver ASL training sessions for a diverse group of employees. Focus on ASL proficiency and effective communication techniques. Facilitate the workshop discussion around diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) to foster inclusive workplace cultures. Create engaging materials and resources to support ASL and inclusion training program. Customize training program based on the unique needs of participants and organizational goals. Assess participants’ progress and provide feedback for improvement in both ASL and inclusion practices.
Qualifications:
Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) is required. Fluency in English language. Certification in ASL training or equivalent professional experience. Strong knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles and experience conducting related training. Proven experience in designing and delivering training workshops or educational programs. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work with diverse groups and tailor training to various learning styles. Prior experience in an educational or corporate training environment is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in human resources, education, or corporate training.
Mandatory requirements
The trainer must currently be residing in KSA,Riyadh (King Fahad Road) or ability to easily commute to the said location* Availability to conduct a comprehensive face to face training session for a day or more
