Core Markets Campaigns Assistant Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and managing Global Marketing Campaigns activities, in order to ensure and deliver on the Department’s mandate and identify improvement opportunities that will contribute to the delivery of short and mid-term strategic objectives within set KPIs, agreed budgets and adopted policies and procedures.
You will be responsible for
Develop and implement marketing programs that cater to the specific needs and preferences of core market audiences.
Ensure all campaign activities align with Saudi Tourism Authority strategic objectives, brand identity, and marketing guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute high-impact campaigns across multiple channels.
Conduct in-depth market research and consumer behaviour analysis to refine campaign strategies.
Identify key trends, audience preferences, and market challenges to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Use data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Implement continuous optimization strategies to enhance reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand, digital, media, and partnerships, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to manage campaign deliverables and timelines.
Foster relationships with key stakeholders in core markets to enhance campaign impact.
Perform other activities as and when required.
You will need
Recommended not less than 3-5 years of experience in relevant field
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred
