The Copywriter will be responsible for crafting compelling and high-quality content for social media, blogs, catalogues, flyers, and press releases. This role requires a versatile writer with a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of audience engagement, and the ability to produce content that aligns with our brand voice and business objectives.
Social Media Content Creation: Develop engaging and creative content for various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and brand voice; Blog Content Management: Write, monitor, and review blog posts, ensuring they are informative, engaging, and SEO-friendly; Marketing Collateral: Create persuasive and compelling content for catalogues, flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials; Press Releases: Draft and edit press releases to effectively communicate company news, product launches, and other significant updates; Content Review and Editing: Proofread and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency, maintaining high-quality standards across all materials; Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive and effective content delivery.
Requirements
Bachelors marketing or business administration.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in copywriting or content creation, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment Good knowledge of the property market Depth knowledge in social media Depth knowledge of Media Production and creative process Understanding of engaging copywriting trends Skills Sharp strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to translate data insights into a robust marketing strategy Good understanding of social media platforms and web analytics Creativity and commercial awareness Good understanding of social media practice Highly articulate individuals with excellent communications and presentation skills are essential. A team player with a customer-oriented approach Excellent project management skills Strong writing and editing skills
